• Refund Policy: You may receive a full refund for any reason within 7 days of a new purchase. To request refund within 7 days, login to your Account and in the “Cards and Subscriptions” section click on 'Refund'.  After 7 days and within 30 days of purchase, a refund can be requested if the product does not perform as advertised, by emailing cs@cgmlarson.com.

• Delivery Policy: All products are delivered electronically by download. You will receive a download link by email immediately after your purchase. You may also at anytime, login to your Account and download the software under “Downloads” section of My Account.

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your follow on subscription at anytime during the 12 month subscription period. Login to your Account and in the “Cards and Subscriptions” section click the 'Cancel' button.  The subscription license will not automatically renew on expiry.
