Q: What currency do you accept for payment?

A: The store only accepts payment in US Dollars


Q: Is there a preferred web browser to complete the transaction?

A: We recommend using Google Chrome


Q: I did not receive an email with my License Key?

A: Check your Spam folder in your email client


Q: I cannot find the email containing the License information?

A: Login to your account, the 'My Licenses' option contains the license key/s

The 'Downloads' option contains the link to download the software


Q: Can I move my license to another computer?

A: Yes. Login to your account and select the option, 'My Licenses'. Click the 'Move' button.


Q: Can I cancel my subscription so it does not renew?

A: Yes. Login to your account and select the option, 'Cards and Subscriptions'. Click the 'Cancel' button.
